Problems solved by technology

[0003] Sapkota et al. used electrospinning (eg figure 1 shown), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) solutions for electrospinning to form continuous fibers on Si / quartz substrates, and 97% Ar, 3% H 2 Co2FeAl alloy nanowires were synthesized by annealing at 1023K for 3 hours in a mixed atmosphere. The sample preparation process is complex, requiring precise process control, high cost, and difficult to put into actual production.
High temperature and H are required 2 atmosphere, high requirements on equipment, and H 2 It is a dangerous gas and has certain safety hazards
[0004] Almasi-Kashi et al. used the co-precipitation method (eg figure 2 shown), Co2FeAl nanoparticles were prepared by adding polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) at 700°C for 2 hours in a mixed atmosphere of 75% Ar and 25% H 2 , but this process required high temperature and H 2 atmosphere, high requirements on equipment, and H 2 It is a dangerous gas with certain potential safety hazards, and the process is relatively complicated and the cost is high

specific Embodiment

[0017] Such as image 3 Shown, specific embodiment of the present invention is as follows:

[0018] All chemical reagents were of analytical grade. In this experiment, 1.78 g CoCl2 6H2O, 0.75 g FeCl2 4H2O and 0.9 g AlCl3 6H2O were dissolved in 30 ml deionized water and magnetically stirred for 10 minutes. An appropriate amount of NaOH pellets was then added, the resulting mixture was stirred vigorously for 15 minutes, and 10 ml of 85% hydrazine hydrate (H4N2·H2O) reducing agent was added to the solution. The mixture was stirred for another 10 minutes, then transferred to a stainless steel autoclave with a Teflon liner. The temperature of the autoclave was maintained at 60° C. for 12 hours, and then naturally cooled to room temperature. Separate with a permanent magnet and rinse more than 5 times with deionized water. The final product was dried at 50°C for 10 hours.

Abstract

The invention provides an autoclave liquid phase reduction preparation method for shape-controllable CO2FeAl nanometer structure. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: dissolving CoCl2.6H2O, FeCl2.4H2O and AlCl3.6H2O in deionized water according to a certain mass ratio and magnetically stirring for 10 min; subsequently adding a suitable amount of NaOH particles, stirring the obtained mixture for 15 min, and afterwards adding 10 ml of 85% hydrazine hydrate reducing agent; stirring the mixture again for 10 min, subsequently transferring to a stainless steel autoclave comprising a Teflon inner container, maintaining the temperature of the autoclave at 60 DEG C or higher for 12 hours, and afterwards naturally cooling to room temperature; and finally separating byusing a permanent magnet and washing more than five times by using deionized water, and drying a final product at the temperature of 50 DEG C or lower for 10 hours to finish the preparation. The method provided by the invention adopts an autoclave hydrothermal method which is simple in process and low in cost; for the first time, reaction is performed for 10 hours under a low-temperature conditionthat the temperature is 60 DEG C to directly prepare ternary compound Co2FeAl nanometer particles of a shape-controllable hexagonal prism structure; and the obtained nanometer particles are high in saturation magnetization, low in coercive force and residual magnetization and good in soft magnetic properties.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention specifically relates to a shape-controllable Co 2 Autoclave liquid-phase reduction preparation of FeAl nanostructures. Background technique [0002] Currently on Co 2 There are few studies on the synthesis of FeAl alloys. They are mainly prepared by chemical methods such as alcohol reduction method, electrospinning method, and co-precipitation method, showing the morphology of nanoparticles, nanowires, and nanosheets. Due to their small size, large surface area, and good magnetism, magnetic nanostructures exhibit many novel physical and chemical properties, which have great application potential in various fields such as data storage, catalysis, drug delivery, and biomedical imaging. According to statistics, most of the magnetic nanostructures that have been synthesized are based on single and binary compounds and alloys, and ternary Co-based magnetic nanostructures are considered to be a breakthrough from the perspective of material de...
