The polyethylene wax is prepared through the following steps: after mixing all the raw materials, stirring and heating at temperature of 50 DEG C to 120 DEG C for 50min to 200min to obtain the polyethylene wax. Or the polyethylene wax is prepared through the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring all the raw materials, cooling and keeping heat; pressurizing and heating and stirring and keeping warm; cooling to room temperature to obtain the polyethylene wax.
