The health food contains main materials and auxiliary materials, wherein the main materials include stachyose, zinc gluconate, vitamin C, taurine and L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine; and the auxiliary materials include lactose, D-mannitol, strawberry fruit powder, magnesium stearate, a film coating agent, a sweetener and edible flavors. The health food has a comprehensive formula constitution, the stachyose is capable of reducing absorption of lead, shortening standing time of lead in a human body and enhancing antagonism among zinc, selenium and lead, the taurine is capable of simultaneously maintaining osmotic balance in the human body and reducing the harm of lipid peroxidation of lead together with selenium, and vitamin C is capable of simultaneously decreasing lead content in blood and promoting the discharging of lead from different channels; and L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine in the formula is a novel selenium source and is capable of effectively entering the human body through absorption, improving lipid peroxidation reaction induced by lead poisoning and relieving the harm of lead, and a generated lead-selenium-protein composite can be discharged from different channels.
