Embodiment 1

[0045] Select 3-hydroxyphenylphosphine propionic acid (CEPPA) to be flame retardant used in the present invention, this is because its production technique is stable, and market supply is sufficient, has relative price advantage, and active ingredient content is high (P content 14.5%) , has outstanding flame retardant effect.

[0046] Select 1 mole of CEPPA and 1 mole of pentamethylenediamine to mix, and prepare an aqueous solution with a concentration of 60-0.5% at a temperature of 45-50° C. and a medium pH value of 7.3-7.5 for future use.

[0047] Mix pentamethylenediamine and adipic acid in a polymerization tank at a molar ratio of 1:1 and perform a pre-amidation reaction to obtain a polyamide 56 prepolymer with a certain degree of polymerization, which will be used as a polyamide 56 macromolecule in the future basic main chain. During the pre-amidation reaction, the pressure inside the polymerization tank is 1.75-2.0 MPa, the temperature is 210-250° C., and the reaction t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of polyamide 56 having flame retardant property and a polyamide 56 fiber and belongs to the technical field of high polymer materials. Polyamide 56 preparation raw materials include pentamethylene diamine and aliphatic binary acid serving as main raw materials and react with a reaction type organophosphorus (CEPPA) flame retardant to prepare a reaction type flame retardant nylon resin and fiber, wherein at least one of the pentamethylene diamine and the aliphatic binary acid is prepared by adopting a biological method. A molecular structure of a flame retardant additive reaction type organophosphorus is provided with two reaction groups (carboxyl) and flame retardant element phosphorus, and the reaction type organophosphorus reacts with nylon 56 salt prepared by the diamine and the aliphatic binary acid to prepare the flame retardant nylon 56 resin. Melt spinning is conducted on the nylon resin by applying the preparation method, the obtained fiber has high hygroscopicity approximate to cotton, high strength, soft, comfortable, good heat-resistant property and remarkable flame retardant property.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer materials, and in particular relates to a preparation method of polyamide 56 with flame-retardant performance and polyamide 56 fiber. Background technique [0002] With the enhancement of human awareness of environmental protection, the use of green and renewable energy has formed a consensus of mankind, and bio-based chemicals are being highly concerned by countries all over the world. In the past few years, there have been more public demonstrations of polymer materials based on bio-based raw materials, among which bio-based polyamides are particularly exciting. PA1010, PA1012, PA610, PA11, PA410, etc. are important engineering plastic varieties. Biomass PA510, PAA512, PA514, PA518, especially PA56 and a series of odd-number carbon special nylon fibers for high-end uses have strong cost-effective advantages in a wide range of fields. Compared with other traditional chemical-based synthetic fib...
