The production method of the black tea soybean milk comprises the following steps: soaking the soybeans in the drinking water; performing a circular grinding process of coarse grinding and fine grinding for 2-5 times to form ground fine liquid; adding the black tea powder, the ginger juice brown sugar and the stabilizer into the ground fine liquid and stirring and blending; performing primary sterilization, homogenizing treatment and secondary sterilization; cooling to obtain a finished product of black tea soybean milk; and performing quantitative filling.
