The method has the keys that the quercus acutissima is inoculated with the truffles, so that the development of roots of the quercus acutissima is facilitated, and the resistance and metabolic strength of the quercus acutissima can be improved; and after inoculation, the chlorophyll content, SOD enzyme activity and root activity of plants are all improved remarkably, the occurrence of roots is promoted, the ratio of an overground part to an underground part is increased, and the survival of the plants is facilitated.
