Abstract

The composite comprises, in parts by weight, 85-95 parts of nylon 6, 5-15 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane, 1-5 parts of EBA-g-MAH (ethylene-butyl acrylate-grafted maleic anhydride), 0.6-0.8 parts of a lubricating agent, 0.2-0.3 parts of an antioxidant, 0.3-0.5 parts of a plasticizer and 0.2-0.3 parts of a coloring agent. The invention provides a preparation method of the composite. Firstly, a grafted product, namely, EBA-g-MAH, is prepared, nylon 6, thermoplastic polyurethane, EBA-g-MAH, the lubricating agent, the antioxidant, the plasticizer and the coloring agent are uniformly mixed in a mass ratio, the mixture is extruded and granulated through a twin-screw extruder and subjected to injection molding through an injection molding machine, and the compatibilizer EBA-g-MAH modified nylon 6 / thermoplastic polyurethane composite is obtained. The composite has the characteristics of excellent mechanical performance, good processibility and low cost.
