Abstract

The adhesive is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 100 parts of starch, 0.2-0.4 part of ferrous sulfate, 2-5 parts of sodium hypochlorite, 10-13 parts of vinyl acetate, 8-13 parts of a vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, 0.05-0.1 part of tributyl phosphate, 3.7-5.5 parts of functional molecules, 2-6 parts of fumed silica, 25-29 parts of 40% sodium hydroxide solution and 100-200 parts of water. By virtue of modification of the starch with alkaloid, the natural adhesive disclosed by the invention can form a heat-resistant film under the mutual blending action of nano SiO2 sol and propolis missible oil when used, so that the viscosity, stability and durability of the adhesive are greatly improved.
