Abstract

A quenching and annealing preparation method of an ultrahigh-strength thin steel plate for automobiles belongs to the field of metal material heat treatment. The method comprises the steps of: firstly, heating a low-carbon steel cold-rolled sheet containing microalloy elements such as Si, Mn and Nb to a fully austenitic area and performing quenching heat treatment after austenization; secondly, heating the low-carbon steel cold-rolled sheet to a two-phase area so that the lath martensite quenched previously is decomposed and partially inverted to form the austenite, and then quickly cooling the steel sheet above Ms point and preserving heat for secondary partition; and finally, rapidly cooling to the room temperature. The steel sheet has a complex-phase structure composed of a quasi-recrystallized ferrite, a carbide, residual austenite and tiny bainite or martensite structure; and the quasi-recrystallized ferrite structure formed after annealing inherits the lath morphology feature of the martensite, which is advantageous for improving the ductility.
