Abstract

The invention discloses a novel environmental-protection adhesive for buildings, which is mainly characterized in that vinyl acetate is used as a polymerization monomer; crylic acid, butyl acrylate and styrene are used as functional monomers; polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and vinyl acetateethylene emulsion (VAE) are used as protective colloids; nano silicon micro powder is used as an anti-caking agent; and ethyl benzoate and 0# colloid crystal are used as modifiers. The main monomer and the functional monomers are prepared into emulsion through multi-element copolymerization; the protective colloids, the anti-caking agent and the modifiers are added to prepare powder through spray drying. The raw material formula comprises the following components: 8-10 percent of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.3-0.5 percent of polyoxyethylene octylphenol ether-10 (OP-10) emulsifying agent, 0.1-0.15 percent of ammonium persulfate, 25-30 percent of vinyl acetate, 0.05-0.1 percent of sodium hydroxide, 20-25 percent of vinyl versatate, 2-2.5 percent of butyl acrylate, 3-5 percent of ethyl acrylate, 0.05-0.15 percent of silicone, 3-5 percent of styrene, 30-40 percent of ethyl acrylate-acetic acid copolymerization emulsion, 8-12 percent of ethyl benzoate, 10-15 percent of silicon micro powder and 5-10 percent of 0# colloid crystal. The novel environmental-protection adhesive for the buildings is added to interior and exterior wall putty powder proportionally, and thereby, the characteristic of the putty powder can be improved. The novel environmental-protection adhesive for the buildings mainly has obvious effects of improving anti-caking performance, bonding force, waterproofness, improving low-temperature service performance, enhancing hardness and preventing hollowing, cracking and dropping.
