Abstract

The invention discloses a method for mixing natural rubber by a wet process. The method will be widely applied in rubber products' filling materials and processing aids such as carbon black, white carbon black, potter's clay, calcium carbonate and other hardly-dispersed chemical materials. The method contains the following steps of: adding a dispersant, an antioxidant, an anti-sinking agent, a wetting agent and water to prepare a mixture with its solid content being 10-50%, grinding for 48-72h, carrying out pretreatment at 90-95 DEG C for 4h to prefabricate a dispersion, uniformly mixing the dispersion with condensed latex, adding microorganism protease and acetic acid, followed by coagulation, washing, and drying to prepare a mixed stock. As the chemical filling material has good dispersing uniformity in the rubber, comprehensive performance of the mixed stock is effectively raised.
