Problems solved by technology

[0008] Aiming at the disadvantages of poor economical production of above-mentioned cellulosic ethanol and sufficient utilization of raw materials, the object of the present invention is to provide a method for the co-production of xylose, lignin and ethanol from lignocellulose represented by corncobs. The present invention uses corncobs first Hydrolyze under acidic conditions to degrade hemicellulose to obtain xylose; then use lye / alcohol extraction process to extract lignin from the acid hydrolysis residue; then enzymatically hydrolyze the delignified residue to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysis mixture; Finally, the enzymatic hydrolysis mixture is inoculated with yeast and fermented to produce ethanol

Embodiment 1

[0039]Get 400g corncob powder (on a dry basis, 37.33% cellulose, 40.05% hemicellulose, 11.28% lignin, 1.66% ash content, 9.68% soluble components in the dry basis) often washed with warm water and concentrated with 0.05% sulfuric acid After rinsing, add it to the reaction tank, then add 3200mL of sulfuric acid with a concentration of 1.5%, and perform acidolysis for 2 hours under the condition of 120-125°C. Suction filtration after completion of the reaction to obtain filtrate and acid hydrolysis residue. The xylose concentration in the filtrate was 32.10 g / L. The impurity content in the filtrate is: glucose 23.09ppm, arabinose 27.76ppm, acetic acid 26.67ppm, furfural 16.28ppm. The fiber composition of the acid slag is: 52.16% cellulose, 6.47% hemicellulose, 24.4% lignin, 2.36% ash, and 14.6% soluble components.

[0040] The amounts of xylose, glucose, arabinose, acetic acid and furfural in the filtrate were all measured by high performance liquid chromatography. The fiber ...

Embodiment 2

[0046] The hydrolysis scheme of corn cob under acidic conditions is the same as in Example 1.

[0047] Take 100 g of the acid hydrolysis residue (calculated on a dry basis) and add it to an alcohol extractor, add 500 mL of glycerol, and extract at 200 ° C for 3 h. After the extraction, filter with suction, then rinse the residue once with 100mL of heated glycerol, then rinse the residue 3 times with 100mL hot water, to obtain lignin solution and delignification residue (79.00% cellulose in dry basis, hemicellulose 6.74%, lignin 4.22%, ash 4.66%). Dilute the lignin solution with water, let stand overnight, and centrifuge to obtain alcohol-extracted lignin.

[0048] Get lignin residue 5g (on dry basis) and join in the enzymolysis reactor as enzymolysis substrate, add sodium citrate buffer solution, under the condition that enzymolysis substrate weight percent is 5%, adjust enzyme with dilute sulfuric acid The pH value of the hydrolyzate was 4.8, and Novozymes’ cellulase Cellic...

Embodiment 3

[0052] The scheme of corncob hydrolysis and lye extraction of lignin under acidic conditions is the same as that in Example 1.

[0053] Take 5g of the lignin residue (on a dry basis) and wash it with water and add it to the enzymolysis reactor as an enzymolysis substrate, add sodium citrate buffer solution, under the condition that the weight percentage of the enzymolysis substrate is 14.3%, use dilute sulfuric acid Adjust the pH value of the enzymatic hydrolysis solution to 4.8, add Novozymes’ cellulase Celluc Last 1.5L and β-glucosidase N2188 into the enzymatic hydrolysis solution, and add Celluc Last 1.5L as the base 2% of the substance amount, N2188 added in an amount of 1% of the added amount of cellulase, at a temperature of 50° C., and at a speed of 150 rpm for 72 hours to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysis mixture.

[0054] During the enzymolysis process, samples were taken every 24 hours. The concentrations of cellobiose, glucose and xylose were all measured by high perfo...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for the coproduction of xylose, lignin and ethanol from corncobs in the technical field of biochemical industry, comprising the following steps of: 1) hydrolyzing the corncobs under an acidic condition to obtain xylose solution and acidolysis residues; 2) performing alkaline liquor / alcohol extraction on the acidolysis residues to obtain lignin and lignin-free residues; 3) taking the lignin-free residues as an enzymolysis zymolyte, adding enzymolysis buffer solution, and performing enzymolysis using cellulase, thereby obtaining enzymolysis mixed solution; and 4) fermenting the enzymolysis mixed solution to produce ethanol solution. The method of coproduction of the invention comprehensively utilizes three components of the corncobs to obtain high value-added xylose and lignin products; and the cellulose content in the enzymolysis substrate is increased and the accessibility of the cellulase is improved, so that high transformation ratio of cellulose enzymolysis is realized. The method causes the utilization ratio of the lignocellulose raw material to be increased and the production cost of the cellulose ethanol to be reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biochemical industry, and in particular relates to a method for co-producing xylose, lignin and ethanol from corn cobs. technical background [0002] After entering the 21st century, human survival and development have encountered two bottlenecks, one is the deterioration of the environment, and the other is the shortage of fossil energy. In order to gradually get rid of the excessive dependence on traditional energy and reduce environmental pollution, many countries are looking for alternatives to traditional energy. [0003] Fuel ethanol is a high-quality liquid fuel that can directly replace gasoline, diesel and other petroleum fuels. It is the most easily industrialized civil fuel or fuel for internal combustion engines, and the most promising alternative fuel for petroleum. [0004] At present, biomass raw materials for bioethanol production can be roughly divided into three categories: ① starchy ra...
