The invention discloses a preparation method of double pipes of a non-crystalline grains reinforced aluminium-base composite material by means of explosive compaction, which comprises the steps of: evenly mixing non-crystalline powder which is taken as reinforced phase and aluminium-base body powder, and filling into a steel inner pipe; arranging a steel outer pipe with a gap out of the inner pipe; arranging subuliform PVC end stoppers at the upper ends of the inner pipe and the outer pipe to adjust the wave shape; sealing the lower ends of the inner pipe and the outer pipe; packing explosive out of the outer pipe; exploding at the center of a top by a blasting cap; adopting a point exploding mode; slidably detonating at the side wall of the outer pipe after exploding the explosive to drive the outer pipe to beat the inner pipe and compact the powder; and eliminating the inner pipe and the outer pipe to obtain the block non-crystalline grains reinforced aluminium-base composite material. The preparation method can effectively prevent heat energy generated by the exploding of the explosive from acting on the mixed powder and can effectively reduce the whole temperature increase of the powder to be capable of keeping the characteristic of the non-equilibrium state of the reinforced phase non-crystalline grains; can arrange the layers of steel cushion in the inner pipe with numbers as required to obtain the block composite material with required numbers for once; and has low cost.
