Problems solved by technology

The coating is not resistant to high temperature and scratches, and it is easy to fall off after long-term use. On the one hand, it loses its original easy-to-clean performance, and at the same time, it has potential hazards to human health.
[0004] In addition, the rubber absorbing and heating layer of this kind of cooker is prone to rubber aging, adhesive falling off and losing viscosity after being heated for a long time, thereby reducing the heating effect of the rubber absorbing and heating layer.

Abstract

The invention discloses a ceramic microwave absorbing material and a preparation method and an application thereof. The ceramic microwave absorbing material comprises ceramic material powder and microwave absorbing powder, and the weight percentage of the components is as follows: 40 to 80 percent of ceramic material powder and 20 to 60 percent of microwave absorbing powder. The preparation methodof the ceramic microwave absorbing material comprises the following steps: 1) respectively weighing the ceramic material powder and the microwave absorbing powder according to weight percentage; 2) evenly mixing the ceramic material powder with the microwave absorbing powder to obtain compound wave-absorbing powder; 3) evenly mixing the compound wave-absorbing powder with methylcellulose and water to obtain the pulp of the ceramic microwave absorbing material; 4) forming the pulp to obtain a green body; and 5) drying the green body, and then sintering at high temperature to obtain the ceramicmicrowave absorbing material. The ceramic microwave absorbing material can be used for manufacturing ceramic microwave absorbing cooking equipment. The cooking equipment has high microwave utilization rate and heating efficiency; and food is not easy to be coked and is heated more uniformly. The preparation method of the ceramic microwave absorbing material has simple technique and low cost of raw material and processing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a ceramic microwave absorbing material and its preparation method and use, and belongs to the innovative technology of the ceramic microwave absorbing material and its preparation method and use. Background technique [0002] At present, cooking utensils that use microwave heating to realize functions such as food frying, roasting, and cooking are all based on metal materials and absorb microwave heat through built-in microwave-absorbing materials or bonding high-temperature-resistant rubber (usually silicon rubber) absorbing and heating layers. Due to the shielding effect of the metal substrate on microwaves, only a small amount of microwaves are absorbed in this kind of cooker, the surface temperature of the cooker is relatively low, and the thermal efficiency is not high. In addition, since the metal substrate and the rubber wave-absorbing and heating layer need to be processed separately according to their own processes and...
