In the invention, some initials and finals are distributed on partial number keys of a whole keyboard, and all the finals are distributed according to a certain rule to ensure that the distribution rule of a binary-syllabification keyboard is very visual; the finals ai, a, an and ang are distributed in a row; uai, ua, uan and uang are distributed in a row; ei, e, en and eng are distributed in a row; ia, ian and iang are distributed in a row; i, in and ing are distributed in a row; and ui, u and un are distributed in a row; therefore, users can remember the keying positions of most of the finals at a time, the users can accept the binary-syllabification input method more easily, the keystroke time can be decreased, and the Chinese character input speed during the use of the full keyboard can be increased.
