cutting line of a
rudder propeller reinforcing bracket. A space coordinates
system is established on a
rudder propeller; three intersecting points of a bottom sealing plate and the rudder propeller reinforcing bracket are taken as reference points B (x2, y2, z2), C (x3, y3, z3) and D (x4, y4, z4); according to a formula, the intersecting point Hn (En, Fn, Zn) of the bottom sealing plate and the rudder propeller reinforcing bracket is determined, wherein coordinate values of the three reference points and x and
y coordinate values of the intersecting point can be directly measured by using a measuring tape on site or can be measured and converted in the coordinates
system according to equipment information; the allowance
cutting line of the rudder propeller reinforcing bracket can be obtained by connecting coordinates of front and
tail points of the same reinforcing bracket; and therefore, a measuring tool is simple, a total-
station instruction does not need to be used, and moreover, the measuring can be operated by department staff at any time, the measuring does not need to be limited to external departments; and meanwhile, by using the method for determining the allowance
cutting line of the rudder propeller reinforcing bracket, the labor cost and
time cost can be effectively saved, and the review
workload can be reduced.
