The invention provides a charging system which an electric vehicle which receives identification information of charging equipment and corresponding charging cloud platform information, and transmitsidentity information and a public key of the electric vehicle to a charging cloud platform; the charging cloud platform performs digital signature on the identity information and the public key of theelectric vehicle to form a vehicle end certificate and sends the vehicle end certificate to the electric vehicle; an electric vehicle receives the vehicle end certificate and sends the vehicle end certificate to the charging equipment after the electric vehicle is connected with the charging equipment; charging equipment receives the vehicle end voucher sent by the electric vehicle and sends thevehicle end voucher to the charging cloud platform; and the charging cloud platform verifies the vehicle end certificate, generates a charging instruction according to the vehicle end certificate after verification is passed, and sends the charging instruction to the charging equipment to control the charging equipment to charge the electric vehicle. According to the charging system, plug and playcharging can be achieved, and charging intelligence is achieved.
