The wefts comprise first wefts and second wefts which form double wefts, and the warps, the first wefts and the second wefts are interwoven in a sinking and floating mode so that a five-end satin and double weft weave structure can be formed. The elasticity-lasting velvet fabric is elegant in the aspect of color light, looks sumptuous, is firm and resistant to abrasion, is not prone to deformation, and is high in elasticity, moisture absorbing performance and breathability.
