The invention discloses a synthesis process of tridemorph, which comprises the following steps: adding tridecanol and a catalyst into a reactor together, and carrying out air replacement with nitrogenand hydrogen respectively; heating the reaction kettle to 180-200 DEG C, and reducing the catalyst for 30 minutes; heating the raw materials to 200-280 DEG C and dropwise adding 2,6-dimethylmorpholine; then continuously controlling the temperature to be 200 to 280 DEG C until the reaction endpoint is reached; standing and settling the material obtained by the reaction for 8 hours, and separatingthe catalyst; and rectifying the separated filtrate to obtain the finished product tridemorph. According to the invention, tridecanol is adopted as a main raw material, and the raw material cost has great advantages; the preparation method is simple, the technological process is short, the tridecanol and 2,6-dimethylmorpholine are adopted for one-step reaction under the action of a catalyst, the equipment investment is small, and operation is easy and convenient; in addition, the method is high in process yield and less in pollution, and a small amount of generated high waste can be used as fuel.
