The system comprises a land reservoir, a power generator set, a water storage tank, a plurality of support columns higher than the sea level and a plurality of ocean tide water pumping units filling water into the water storage tank. The water storage tank is arranged at the top ends of the plurality of support columns, and a water channel delivering water in the water storage tank to the land reservoir is arranged between the land reservoir and the water storage tank. The system adopts the structure that the water storage tank is higher than the sea level, the plurality of ocean tide water pumping units fill water into the water storage tank and utilize tide fall to fill seawater into the water storage tank higher than the sea level, and the water in the water storage tank flows into the land reservoir through the water channel. The system overcomes the shortcomings of the existing tide power generation, reduces work amount of power generation station construction and foundation treatment, improves the environment of anti-silt projects, reduces power generation investment and reduces power generation operation cost.
