The invention discloses a coal mine gas pre-extracting drilling flexible hole sealing system and method. The system comprises a hole sealing mechanism, a gas extracting mechanism and a grouting mechanism. The hole sealing mechanism comprises an extracting pipe, a grouting pipe and two pressurizing pipes, all of which are arranged side by side. One end of gas extraction serves as the inner end of agas pre-extracting drilling space, and the other end of gas extraction serves as the outer end of the gas pre-extracting drilling space. A front airbag, a middle airbag and a rear airbag are sequentially arranged in the gas pre-extracting drilling space from outside to inside. The middle airbag is composed of an upper airbag and a lower airbag which are symmetrically arranged up and down. An extracting pipe penetrates through the front airbag and the rear airbag and is clamped between the upper airbag and the lower airbag, one of the two pressurizing pipes sequentially penetrates through thefront airbag and the upper airbag from outside to inside into the rear airbag, and the other of the two pressurizing pipes sequentially penetrates through the front airbag and the lower airbag from outside to inside into the rear airbag. The grouting pipe penetrates through the front airbag and is clamped between the upper airbag and the lower airbag. The method includes the steps of drilling, hole washing, grouting hole sealing and gas extracting. The hole sealing effect can be effectively improved.

The two side airbags and the rear airbag of the automobile are made of single-layer airbag bodies and nets. A control system is just like the front airbag.
