Abstract

The invention discloses a solar energy and fuel gas complementary thermophotovoltaic self-sustaining heat supply system and method. The system comprises a thermophotovoltaic power generation system, a heat storage type solar heat collection system, a steam generation system and a self-sustaining control system. A solar heat collector collects solar radiation energy and converts the solar radiation energy into heat energy of a heat conduction working medium, and the heat conduction working medium circularly flows to a steam generator to heat feed water to generate hot water or steam after being heated by the thermophotovoltaic waste heat flue gas. Thermophotovoltaic power is used for maintaining the operation energy consumption of the whole system, and thermophotovoltaic exhaust smoke heats the heat conduction working medium, so that gradient utilization of energy is realized. At night or when the solar radiation amount is insufficient, a supplementary combustion chamber is started to provide heat for the system, and meanwhile, an auxiliary thermophotovoltaic device is additionally started for power supplement. The self-sustaining control system adjusts stable operation of the whole system, the whole system can achieve self-sustaining under the condition that a power grid is not connected, and continuous and stable heat energy is provided for users.
