Embodiment 1

[0025] A modified biochar is prepared by the following steps:

[0026] S1. Steam-exploded and pulverized wolfberry branches, mixed with shell powder, and pyrolyzed at 600-700°C for 2-3 hours under the protection of nitrogen to obtain mixed biochar;

[0027] S2. Ultrasonic disperse the mixed biochar in 20 times the amount of water, add an appropriate amount of β-cyclodextrin-polyglutamic acid, ultrasonically disperse for 10 minutes, adjust the pH to neutral, dry, and grind to obtain the modified biochar .

[0028] In this embodiment, the mass ratio of the wolfberry branches and shell powder is 10-20:1. The mass ratio of the mixed biochar to β-cyclodextrin-polyglutamic acid is 1:2-3.

Embodiment 2

[0030] A biochar organic fertilizer is characterized in that: it is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

[0031] 35 parts of modified biochar described in Example 1, 25 parts of decomposed cow and sheep manure powder, 7.5 parts of decomposed waste bacterial stick powder, 6 parts of polysaccharide polypeptide biological potassium, 6 parts of nano water-based adhesive, degradable water-absorbing fiber bundle 7.5 servings.

[0032] In this example, the decomposed cow and sheep manure powder is obtained by ball milling the decomposed cow and sheep manure after rapidly dehydrating to about 1% at 200° C., with a particle size of 200 mesh.

Embodiment 3

[0034] A preparation method of biochar organic fertilizer, comprising the steps of:

[0035] S1. After mixing the weighed modified biochar, decomposed cow and sheep manure powder, decomposed waste bacterial stick powder, and polysaccharide polypeptide bio-potassium, press into tablets to make a sheet-shaped granule with a diameter of 6mm and a weight of 0.08g;

[0036] S2. Using nanometer water-based adhesive as the binder, spraying and adhering a layer of degradable water-absorbing fiber bundles on the flaky granules, so that the degradable water-absorbing fiber bundles can wrap the whole flaky granules.

[0037] Compared with conventional chemical fertilization, using the fermented organic fertilizer of the present invention to replace 30% of chemical fertilizer nitrogen can significantly increase crop yield, increase wheat yield by 13.17% to 15.6%, and have remarkable economic benefits;

[0038] Compared with conventional chemical fertilization, using the fermented organic ...

Abstract

The invention discloses modified biochar, a biochar-based organic fertilizer and a preparation method of the biochar-based organic fertilizer. The modified biochar is prepared through the following steps: S1, carrying out steam explosion smashing on Chinese wolfberry branches, and then mixing with shell powder, carrying out pyrolysis for 2-3 h at the temperature of 600-700 DEG C under nitrogen protection, and thus obtaining mixed biochar; and S2, ultrasonically dispersing the mixed biochar in water with the amount 20 times that of the mixed biochar, adding a proper amount of beta-cyclodextrin-polyglutamic acid, ultrasonically dispersing for 10 minutes, adjusting the pH value to be neutral, drying and grinding to obtain the modified biochar. The mode that flaky granules are wrapped by degradable water-absorbing fiber bundles is adopted, slow release of nutrient substances is further achieved, the degradable water-absorbing fibers and the flaky granules gradually absorb water to expand to maintain soil moisture and activate soil in a humid environment, meanwhile, nutrient ingredients are provided, the soil is improved, and the utilization rate of the nutritional ingredients is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of agricultural material preparation, in particular to a modified biochar, a biochar-based organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Biochar prepared from biomass has the characteristics of no pollution, high absorption capacity, and regeneration, and has become one of the most promising new materials. Biochar has a well-developed pore structure, huge specific surface area and large adsorption force, which makes biochar have broad application prospects in the field of agricultural environment, and can be used to improve soil environment and physical and chemical properties. This is not only in line with the new concept of low-carbon cycle and sustainable development brought about by my country's agricultural development, but also can save energy, improve the environment, and ecological balance, especially has far-reaching significance for the sustainable development of planting...
