Embodiment 1

[0034] 1. Collect Huangshan Maofeng tea samples of 6 different grades (super class first class, special class second class, special class third class, first class, second class, third class) as experimental objects, and the sample size of each class is 12. The grade of tea is determined according to the national standard (GB / T23776-2018).

[0035] 2. For each grade of tea samples, take 3g of tea leaves and put them into the evaluation cup, add 150mL of boiling water, brew for 3min, and filter out the tea soup.

[0036] 3. Put the tea soup in a cuvette, and measure the color difference value with a colorimeter. The mode, area, UV filter, and standardization of the colorimeter are respectively set to total transmission, 1.000in, normal, and non-standardized. Taking water as the blank sample, the color difference parameters △L, △a, △b, △E, △E cmc of the tea samples were obtained.

[0037] 4. Take the tea soup and place it in an ultraviolet spectrophotometer to obtain the ultravi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid tea grade identification method based on color difference and ultraviolet spectrum, and belongs to the technical field of food detection. The method comprises the following steps: (1) brewing a tea sample to be detected to obtain tea soup, and respectively collecting color difference data and ultraviolet spectrum data of the tea soup by using a colorimeter and an ultraviolet spectrophotometer; and (2) respectively processing thecolor difference data and the ultraviolet spectrum data by utilizing principal component analysis, extracting characteristic data, inputting the characteristic data into a tea grade distinguishing model, and operating and outputting a grade label corresponding to a tea sample to be detected. The tea grade distinguishing model is constructed by adopting a random forest method. Contribution of tea soup color and internal quality to tea quality is utilized, and two groups of parameters of color difference and ultraviolet spectrum arecombined to identify the tea grade, so that the tea grade can be accurately judged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of food detection, in particular to a method for quickly identifying tea grades based on color difference and ultraviolet spectrum. Background technique [0002] As one of the world's three major non-alcoholic beverages, tea is widely loved by consumers. However, due to the wide variety of tea products and complex quality components, it is difficult for consumers to judge the true quality. There is a phenomenon of shoddy goods and false ones in the market, which seriously damages the interests of consumers and is not conducive to the stable development of the tea market. For a long time, the identification of tea quality has been dominated by manual review. However, manual review has high professional requirements, ordinary consumers cannot reach the review level, and the results are easily affected by subjective factors and objective environments, making it difficult to promote in daily life.
