The material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 0-10 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 0-15 parts of a stabilizer compound, 30 to 70 parts of a non-phthalate plasticizer, 20 to 60 parts of a flame retardant,20-60 parts of an inorganic filler, 0.1 to 1.5 parts of an antioxidant, and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a lubricant, wherein the polyvinyl chloride resin is ethylene-process PVC resin, and the polymerizationdegree of the polyvinyl chloride resin is 1280-1320. The raw materials are stirred, mixed and extruded to obtain the high-wiring-harness material, and the material is high in extrusion speed, high inflame retardant grade and low in cost.
