Problems solved by technology

[0006] In the patent of "A Cu-Ag alloy with enhanced eutectic strengthening and its preparation method" by Wang Engang of Northeastern University, the Cu-Ag alloy was prepared by melting and cold deformation, and the Ag content was 15-30wt%. The high content is high, so the preparation cost is also high
Xie Guoliang of Beijing General Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals et al.’s patent “A Preparation Method for Cu-Ag Alloy with High Strength and High Conductivity” adopts solid-liquid two-phase solidification combined with semi-solid casting technology, combined with multi-directional high-temperature and low-temperature forging + combination The material is prepared by the aging process, and the processing deformation temperature is room temperature or high temperature. During the deformation process, a large number of high-density dislocations will be generated in the copper matrix, thereby reducing the conductivity.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a Cu-Ag alloy wire. The preparation method comprises the steps that (1) copper, silver and alloy elements are smelted to form an alloy, and then the alloy is forged. The alloy elements include iron, tin, indium, chromium, niobium, tungsten, molybdenum, titanium or zirconium; the mass fraction of the silver is 1-6%, and the mass fraction of the alloyelements is 0-1%; and (2) the forged alloy sample is subjected to rolling and wiredrawing at a low temperature. According to the prepared Cu-Ag alloy wire, since the microstructure of the copper is twin crystals and the microstructure of the silver is fine fibers, the strength of the Cu-Ag alloy wire is 500-1,490 MPa, and the electrical conductivity is 67-95% IACS. According to the preparation method, operation is simple, the cost is low, and the preparation method can be used for large-scale preparation of Cu-Ag alloy wires with high strength and high electrical conductivity.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a kind of preparation method of Cu-Ag alloy wire rod Background technique [0002] The preparation of high-strength and high-conductivity copper wires is of great significance to many industrial applications, such as transmission line overhead lines, high-speed train contact wires, high-intensity pulse magnets, steam turbine rotors, and integrated circuit lead frames. At present, China has a total of 688,000 kilometers of power transmission lines. The traditionally used overhead lines are steel-cored and aluminum-wrapped wires, and 5-10% of electric energy will be lost during the transmission process. The demand for improving the transmission power of unit corridors is becoming increasingly urgent. Cu-Ag alloy wire has both high strength and high conductivity, and can replace traditional steel core or copper core for overhead transmission lines, so as to obtain high-strength and high-conductivity wires, which can effect...
