The preparation method comprises the following steps ofsequentially adding the heat stabilizer, the stearic acid, the CPE, the PE wax, the paraffin, the titanium dioxide and the pigment in a stirring machine for premixing to obtain a premix; putting the premix, the PVC powder and the calcium powder in a hot stirring machine to be stirred uniformly to obtain a mixture; carrying out water cooling on the mixture obtained after hot stirring; adopting an extruder to extrude the cooled mixture out; compounding extrudate with the weather-proof modified layer to obtain a composite material; carrying out embossing and cooling on the composite material; andcarrying out die pressing and cutting forming to obtain the PVC tile. The weather-proof modified layer is thin and can save the cost; and by combining with the reasonable compositions, matching and the preparation technology of the PVC tile, the prepared PVC tile has excellent weatherability, waterproofness, load resistance and impact resistance.
