The novel powdery denitration catalyst is characterized by being prepared from the components in percentage by weight: 5-30% of active components, 15-50% of an assistant and 20-80% of an additive, wherein the active components are an oxide of Fe and an oxide of Mn, the assistant is one or more of oxidesof Ce, La, Er, Si, Al, Ca and Ti, and Au or Pt, and the additive is a mixture of one or two of active carbon or urea and one or two of melamine or glucose.
