Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing high-performance all-inorganic perovskite solar cell based on copper bromide. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) depositing an electron transport layer TiO2 on a treated FTO substrate; (2) preparing a perovskite precursor solution doped with copper bromide powder; (3) preparing a film on an FTO substrate deposited with the TiO2 by employing the prepared perovskite precursor solution through adoption of the spin coating method, and transferring the substrate after spin coating to a heating platform to perform annealing treatment; (4) employing the spin coating method to prepare a hole transport layer; and (5) employing a thermal evaporation technology to deposit a thin film molybdenum trioxide and a silver electrode on the preparedhole transport layer. The method can effectively improve the carrier mobility and device stability of the device, successfully increases the PCE of the all-inorganic perovskite solar cell from 13.24%to 16.15% which is the highest efficiency of the CsPbBrI2 system all-inorganic perovskite solar cell so far.
