The frame comprises a message distribution layer, a message policy classifier, a network protocol processing layer, and an application interface layer, wherein the message distribution layer is configured to process message reception and transmission, and realize parallel processing of a network card interrupt level; the message policy classifier is configured to formulate a distribution policy, and match the classification result of messages obtained by a classification algorithm through the distribution policy with a network protocol stack instance of the network protocol processing layer; the network protocol processing layer is configured to establish an independent resource pool for the network protocol stack instance based on the parallelization of sharpening the user space network protocol stack of the embedded operating system, wherein the resource pool is associated with the processor core running by the network protocol stack instance, and a multi-core operation processing interface is used to process the message; and the application interface layer is configured for the interaction between the network application and the network protocol stack of the network protocol processing layer, thereby realizing that the message sent by the network application is offloaded to the network protocol stack instance of the network protocol processing layer for processing.
