Abstract

The invention discloses a silver master batch for agricultural mulching films and a preparation method of the silver master batch. The silver master batch is prepared from the following components inparts by weight: 25-35 parts of linear low-density polyethylene, 15-25 parts of low-density polyethylene, 35-45 parts of aluminum paste, 5-9 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.5-1 part of zinc stearate and1-2 parts of an antioxidant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly adding the zinc stearate, the polyethylene wax and the aluminum paste into a kneading machine, carrying out kneading, adding the linear low-density polyethylene, the low-density polyethylene and the antioxidant, and carrying out continuous kneading; adding the components into a high-speed mixer, and carryingout low-speed mixing, high-speed mixing and low-speed mixing in sequence; and finally adding the components into a double-screw extruder, and carrying out extrusion mixing, bracing and water cooling,grain cutting and drying to obtain the silver master batch. The silver master batch is relatively low in production cost, relatively good in dispersion performance, fewer in volatile components, relatively high in concentration and suitable for preparing ultrathin silver mulching films and silver-black mulching films.
