Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: I, performing decarburizationblowing, silicon iron reduction and preliminary dexidation on stainless steel mother liquid in an AOD furnace, and adjusting basicity of slag to 1.8 or higher; II, performing slagging-off treatment on ladle slag after tapping; III, performing refining treatment on an LF furnace; IV, performing continuous casting to obtain a continuous casting billet; V, performing hot rolling and cold rolling onthe continuous casting billet, thereby obtaining the stainless steel plate.
