Abstract

The low-viscosity perfluocarbon polymer electronic tri-proof paint is synthesized by using perfluoroalkyl acrylate as a base material, and using modified graphene as an additive. The perfluoroalkyl acrylate is synthesized through free radical polymerization of four mixtures of methyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, tert-Butyl acrylate and hydroxyethyl acrylate and a high-performance fluorine-containing monomer. The modified graphene is graphene prepared by lipophilic modification, and can be blended with the perfluoroalkyl acrylate. Firstly, the low-viscosity environment-friendly electronic tri-proof paint is lower in viscosity, and good in heat radiation, and is capable of coating andforming about 5-10 um of a thin film on a circuit board; secondly, a solvent and a polymer in a product are safe and low-toxic substances without damaging an ozone layer; and thirdly, because of the combined action of the graphene and the fluorine-containing monomer, the paint film can bear the impact of about 80 KG of an external force and does not fall off.
