Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the detection methods of crystal violet residues in aquatic products mainly include: high performance liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography-mass chromatography and spectrophotometry. The sample pretreatment process of the method is cumbersome and takes a long time, and it is difficult to obtain technical promotion.
The promotion of solid-phase extraction technology has solved the above problems, but the selectivity of traditional solid-phase extraction agents for analytes is not ideal. Molecular imprinted solid-phase extraction technology can greatly improve the extraction efficiency due to its specific adsorption on template molecules. , reducing sample pretreatment time, the material can be used repeatedly, providing a more efficient and rapid pretreatment technology for the separation and detection of crystal violet
[0004] Currently, there are no related technical reports on crystal violet molecularly imprinted polymers

Abstract

The invention discloses a synthetic method and an application of a crystal violet molecularly imprinted micro-sphere. Crystal violet serves as a template molecule, MAA (methacrylic acid) serves as a functional monomer under the condition of acetonitrile solvents, EGDMA (ethylene glycol dimethyl acrylate) or DVB (divinylbenzene) serves as a crosslinking agent, polymerization reaction is performed by a thermostatic water-bath vibration precipitation polymerization method to synthesize a crystal violet molecularly imprinted polymer, the molecularly imprinted micro-sphere can effectively adsorb the crystal violet and has good specific identifiable characteristics, and better separation and enrichment effects are achieved by identification and adsorption of the template molecule. Based on design of integral synthetic steps, the influence of optimized crosslinking agents, stirring modes, the template molecule, the functional monomer, crosslinking agents and solvent dosage proportion on the performance of the micro-sphere is further summarized, the adsorption capacity of the polymer is as high as 39.12 micro-mol / g, an imprinted factor is 3.17, and the synthesized polymer has good adsorption identification capacity for a target molecule and has an excellent application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of molecularly imprinted microspheres, and more specifically, to a synthesis method and application of crystal violet molecularly imprinted microspheres. Background technique [0002] Crystal violet is a triphenylmethane basic dye with green metallic luster crystals or dark green crystalline powder. It is widely used in industrial dyeing, clinical disinfection, sterilization, fungicides and anthelmintics in aquaculture. Studies have shown that after crystal violet enters the human or animal body, it can undergo biotransformation and reductive metabolism into fat-soluble recessive crystal violet (LCV), which has side effects such as high toxicity, high residue, carcinogenicity, and mutagenesis, and may be harmful to humans through the food chain. Cause harm and seriously affect the edible safety of aquatic products. It has been banned by many countries for disinfection of edible aquatic produc...
