Abstract

The invention discloses a cutting propagation method of Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp. intermedia. A flattened cutting propagation field block is covered with three layers of mixed cultivating soil of different proportions; 2-year-old Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp. intermedia branches are selected and treated with 0.4 wt% of potassium permanganate solution, a vitamin B12 solution, an indole-3-butyric acid potassium and cerium nitrate solution and an NAA solution respectively. A thin-film awning is built on the cutting field block, the transmittance of light is controlled at 55-68%, the temperature is controlled at 18-28 DEG C, the humidity is controlled at 85-90 wt%, and the humidity of the cultivating soil is controlled at 17-23 wt% in the awning; a nutrient solution and 900 times of 65 wt% of mancozeb liquid are used for spraying after cutting; in 20 days after budding, a mixed solution of 0.1 wt% of urea and 0.15 wt% of mono potassium phosphate is sprayed. By means of the method, rooting and budding of the Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp. intermedia branches are facilitated, the survival rate of cutting is greatly improved, and the survival rate of cutting can reach 93.5%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention specifically relates to a method for cutting and propagating rattan chinensis, and belongs to the technical field of plant cutting and seedling cultivation. Background technique [0002] There are about 50 species of Akebiae plants in the world, and 37 species in my country. They are distributed in both the north and the south, but most of them are distributed in various provinces and regions south of the Yangtze River. Among them, there are 17 species of medicinal plants. Wuzhinateng (scientific name: Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp. intermedia) is a subspecies of Stauntonia obovatifoliolasubsp. intermedia, which is a unique plant in China. Wuzhi Nateng is also known as Shan Akebia, Akebia Akebia, Akebia Aescine, Aescin, and Niu Teng. Its dry cane is a kind of folk herbal medicine used by many ethnic groups. It is sweet in taste, pungent and warm in nature. It is widely used in the folk to treat rheumatic arthralgia, trigeminal neuralg...
