The flux core is prepared from, by weight, 15-20% of rutile, 3-7% of wollastonite, 2-4% of cryolite, 5-10% of low-carbon ferrochromium, 1-3% of sodium alga acid, 2-5% of white mica, 15-35% of alloying agent and the balance iron powder. The alloying agent is prepared from, by weight, 35-60% of Mn, 15-35% of Fe, 5-20% of Ca, 3-10% of Mg, 1-2.5% of Mo, 1-3% of W and 2-5% of Nb. According to the alloying agent prepared from the various kinds of alloy, the component ratio is reasonably set, the chromium content is lowered, meanwhile, high wear resistance and welding performance are ensured, the wear capacity is greatly lowered, the production cost is reduced, and practical production and using requirements are met.
