The process is as below: back flowing portion of a NaHS solution product to an intermediate liquid storage tank; reacting the NaHS with NaOH to produce Na2S; treating the acidic gas with Na2S solution as absorption liquid; introducing exhausting steam in an intermediate stage of the reaction to improve the gas-liquid ratio and reduce CO2 absorbing capacity. The production device of the present invention comprises a liquid film absorption reactor, a liquid storage tank, an intermediate liquid storage tank, a pump, an instrument and pipe and valve members. The absorption process divides one path of the absorption liquid to form a film on the reactor wall, so as to prevent crystallization and wall adhesion of sodium sulfide and sodium carbonate due to overheating; a liquid film barrier layer is manufactured to prevent adhesion of sodium sulfide and sodium carbonate particles to the inner wall of the reactor.
