Abstract

The invention discloses cyclo-(alanine-tryptophan) serving as a disease-resistant immunopotentiating agent for channa argus. A marine bacterium metabolite, namely the cyclo-( alanine-tryptophan), is added to a channa argus compound feed provided by the invention, and has the effects of improving the disease resistance of the channa argus and promoting the growth of the channa argus. After the channa argus is fed with the compound feed, through immunological detection, the serum lysozyme activity, the serum phagocytosis capacity and the serum disinfection capacity of the channa argus in an experimental group are all greatly improved and far exceed those of the channa argus in a control group; the relative expression of IL-1 beta genes of the channa argus in the experimental group is raised; the disease resistance of the channa argus is detected through injecting bacteria with a medial lethal concentration into the abdominal cavity of the channa argus, 15 days later, the lowest cumulative mortality rate of the channa argus in the experimental group is 32%, and the lowest cumulative mortality rate of the channa argus in the control group is 68%. According to the comprehensive raising method provided by the invention, the channa argus is bred in a matched manner, water bodies are fully utilized, the immunopotentiating agent is added, the immunity is improved, and the growth is promoted, so that economic benefits are increased.
