Abstract

The coating is prepared by thermally spraying powder made of a metal material, and the metal material comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 5.3-6.8 percent of Cr, 0.37-0.55 percent of C, 0.8-1.4 percent of Si, 1.5-2.3 percent of Mn, 0.62-0.88 percent of Zn, 0.24-0.37 percent of Sb, 0.35-0.47 percent of Ti, 0.5-1.0 percent of Ni, 0.12-0.19 percent of Cd, 0.11-0.17 percent of Mo, 0.25-0.41 percent of lanthanides and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the sum of the weight percentage of Mn and Ni is 1.2-3.6; and the metal material contains at least one of Mo and Nb, and the total content of Mo and Nb is 3-7 percent; the microstructure of the coating is as follows: Cr7C3 strengthening phase is dispersed into austenite; the lanthanides comprise the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 20-24 percent of Ce, 10-13 percent of Sm, 3-6 percent of Gd, 12-15 percent of Pr, 7-11 percent of Nd and the balance of La, and the sum of the weight percentage of the ingredients is 100 percent.
