Embodiment 1

[0063] The green reeds in the ecological wetland purification base are treated with tail water in the mature stage in summer, after being naturally air-dried (moisture content ≤ 0.5% (weight %)), coarsely crushed and passed through a 60-mesh sieve to obtain sifted powder. The cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in the sieved powder obtained from green reed were 42.8%, 31.9% and 13.0% respectively.

[0064] Take the above-mentioned 750g of sieved powder, place it in a steam explosion reactor (the steam explosion instrument is produced by Zhengdao Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., Hebi, Henan), and carry out steam explosion under the conditions of steam explosion pressure 3.0MPa and steam explosion maintenance time of 90s. The obtained solid part is collected and dried (air-dried to a moisture content≤0.5% (weight ratio)) to obtain a steam-exploded material.

[0065] Take 20g of the above-mentioned steam-exploded material in a container, add 400g of vacuum-dried ionic liquid [Bmim]Cl (...

Embodiment 2

[0079] Take the Zailihua from the ecological wetland purification base for advanced treatment in the tail water during the ripening period in summer, after natural air-drying (moisture content ≤ 0.5% (weight ratio)), coarsely pulverize and pass through a 60-mesh sieve to obtain sifted powder. The cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in the above-mentioned sieved powder made of Zailihua raw material are 37.7%, 24.3% and 14.0% respectively.

[0080] Get the above-mentioned 1250g sieved powder, place it in a steam explosion reactor (the steam explosion instrument is produced by Zhengdao Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., Hebi, Henan), carry out steam explosion under the conditions of steam explosion pressure 2.5MPa, steam explosion pressure maintenance time 90s, steam explosion The obtained solid part is collected and dried (air-dried to a moisture content≤0.5% (weight ratio)) to obtain a steam-exploded material.

[0081] All the other contents are equal to embodiment 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a water body remediation wood fiber raw material pretreatment method sequentially comprising the following steps: (1) coarsely grinding, that is, coarsely grinding a water body remediation wood fiber raw material after air drying; (2) carrying out steam explosion, that is, carrying out steam explosion pretreatment on obtained sieving powder; (3) dissolving with an ionic liquid and regenerating a material, that is, adding the ionic liquid to a steam explosion material for dissolution treatment, and separating out solid from the steam explosion material after dissolution treatment by using water as an antisolvent; and (4) carrying out enzymatic saccharification, that is, carrying out enzymolysis by using the steam explosion material obtained from the step (2) or regeneration material obtained from the step (3) as a substrate to obtain an enzymatic saccharification liquid. The invention also provides a method for carrying out fermentation hydrogen production by utilizing the enzymatic saccharification liquid obtained from the method, that is, applying the enzymatic saccharification liquid to biological hydrogen production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the fields of sewage nutrient salt nitrogen and phosphorus treatment and biomass energy conversion and utilization, and relates to a pretreatment method of lignocellulosic raw materials for water restoration and a corresponding hydrogen production method. Background technique [0002] Fossil energy is the foundation of energy and resources in today's human society. Today's rapid development of modern industrial and agricultural technology has not only exhausted a large amount of fossil energy, but also brought a series of major environmental problems, leading to increasing environmental pollution and global warming. Eutrophication of water body has become a prominent major environmental problem in my country. Excessive input of nitrogen and phosphorus leads to deteriorating water quality and accelerates the process of eutrophication. In China, more than 25.0% of the 60 lakes (reservoirs) monitored by the Ministry of Environme...
