specific Embodiment approach 1

[0027] Specific embodiment one: the preparation method of the hollow titania millimeter sphere composed of nanoparticles in this embodiment is carried out according to the following steps:

[0028] 1. Weigh the titanium source, tetrapropylammonium hydroxide aqueous solution with a concentration of 50% by volume, deionized water and anion exchange resin, wherein the mass ratio of the titanium source to the tetrapropylammonium hydroxide aqueous solution is 1:1~5 , the mass ratio of titanium source to deionized water is 1:5-30, the mass ratio of titanium source to anion exchange resin is 1:2-15;

[0029] 2. Mix the tetrapropylammonium hydroxide aqueous solution weighed in step 1 and deionized water evenly to obtain a mixed solution, and then add the titanium source to the mixed solution under stirring at room temperature, and then continue to stir for 1~ 6h, add anion exchange resin, stir for 6-24h, and obtain the precursor solid-liquid mixture;

[0030] 3. Put the precursor sol...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0035] Embodiment 2: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the titanium source in Step 1 is tetrabutyl titanate or tetraisopropyl titanate. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0036] Embodiment 3: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 or Embodiment 2 in that: the room temperature in step 2 refers to 15°C to 30°C. Others are the same as in the first or second embodiment.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of hollow titanium dioxide millimeter spheres consisting of nanoparticles and relates to the preparation method of the hollow titanium dioxide millimeter spheres. The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the existing TiO2 nano materials are difficult to separate and are low in recovery rate in photocatalysis or environmental pollution control system. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, weighing a titanium source, an aqueoussolution of tetrapropylammonium hydroxide, deionized water and anion exchange resin; secondly, mixing the aqueoussolution of the tetrapropylammonium hydroxide with the deionizedwater, and then adding the titanium source and the anion exchange resin and stirring to obtain a mixture; thirdly, filling a reaction still with the mixture; fourthly, pouring out supernatant liquor to obtain small solid-phase spheres, and drying after washing the small solid-phase spheres; fifthly, placing the dried small spheres into a tube furnace to obtain small carbonized spheres; sixthly, placing the small carbonized spheres into a mufflefurnace for roasting to obtain the titanium dioxide millimeter spheres. The titanium dioxide millimeter spheres prepared through adopting the preparation method disclosed by the invention are easily separated and are high in recovery rate in the photocatalysis or environmentalpollution control system. The preparation method is used for preparing the hollow titanium dioxide millimeter spheres.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing hollow titanium dioxide millimeter spheres. Background technique [0002] Photocatalytic technology is an environmentally friendly green technology, which has great application potential in environmental pollution control. Titanium dioxide has become the most promising photocatalytic material because of its stable chemical properties, non-toxicity to organisms and strong oxidation ability. A large number of studies have shown that the crystal form, particle size, morphology and microstructure of titanium dioxide will have a significant impact on its photocatalytic performance. In recent years, people have developed TiO 2 TiO with various shapes and structures such as nanoparticles, nanospheres, nanorods, nanofilms, nanotubes and nanohollow spheres 2 Material. Although nano-TiO 2 It has shown good activity in the process of environmental pollution control, but with the deepening of research, it has al...
