Problems solved by technology

However, water glass itself has the disadvantages of being water-resistant and poor in temperature stability. When the cured water glass adhesive encounters water or in a humid environment, it is easy to dissolve and cause serious problems such as collapse and expansion, resulting in the bonding of the bonded parts. Falling off between them, the performance of the fireproof product is severely degraded, and the proper fireproof and protection functions are lost
In addition, temperature changes have a great impact on the existing water glass adhesive. As the temperature rises, the curing speed of the water glass adhesive is greatly accelerated, which is likely to cause the adhesive to fail.

Abstract

The invention discloses a base geopolymer binding agent. At present, a binding agent for a fire-proof door has volatile gas and free formaldehyde, has toxic and harmful substances which exceed the standard seriously, is poor in high-temperature-resistant performance, inflammable, non-water-resistant and poor in temperature variation stability, and is extremely easy to dissolve, scatter and expand. The base geopolymer binding agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95-105 parts of sodium water glass, 15-35 parts of mineral waste residues, 3-6 parts of calcium carbonate, 8-15 parts of quick lime, 8-15 parts of metakaolin, 0.5-1 part of aluminum triphosphate, 0.5-2 parts of retarder and 1-2 parts of emulsion; the raw materials are stirred and cured to obtain the base geopolymer binding agent. The base geopolymer binding agent disclosed by the invention does not need to add a curing agent, does not need hot-press curing, has the advantages of high strength, chemical corrosion resistance, water resistance, high temperature resistance, durability and the like, also has good flame-retardant and heat-insulation effects, is extremely strong in water resistance, does not have water absorption and swelling phenomenon, and can reach a fireproofing grade of grade A. By virtue of detection, the prepared binding agent disclosed by the invention has a binding strength of more than or equal to 5mPa, is non-inflammable, does not absorb water and moisture, and is non-toxic and harmless.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an alkali-based geopolymer adhesive, in particular to an alkali-based geopolymer adhesive used between a fireproof door core and a door plate, and belongs to the technical field of new materials. Background technique [0002] Fire doors refer to doors that can meet the requirements of fire resistance stability, integrity and heat insulation within a certain period of time, and are located in fire compartments, evacuation stairwells, and vertical shafts. In order to make fire doors have a better fire-proof and heat-insulating effect, the door leaves are generally filled with fire-proof and heat-insulating materials that are non-toxic and harmless to the human body. At present, many companies still use polyurethane foam, white latex, PU glue and other organic glues for the bonding of fire door panels and door cores, but these organic glues contain volatile gases, free formaldehyde and other toxic and harmful substances that seri...
