Problems solved by technology

However, the above patents and technologies either use radio frequency (tens of KHz to more than ten MHz) discharge method to generate low-temperature plasma, and the density of the plasma is low, or use the method of vacuuming, which is cumbersome and unfavorable for continuous mass production.
At present, there are no related reports on the use of microwaves to directly generate atmospheric pressure high-density plasma torches to treat the surface of shoe materials.

Abstract

The invention provides a shoe material surface treatment method. The method includes cleaning the shoe material surface firstly with a cleaning agent so as to remove contaminants and other organic impurities residual on the shoe material surface; and treating the shoe material surface by utilization of a normal-pressure high-density microwave plasma technology so that a large amount of active groups are generated on the shoe material surface and the bonding strength of the shoe material and a binder is significantly enhanced. The normal-pressure high-density microwave plasma technology relates to direct excitation of air into high-density plasma torch by utilization of microwave in an air environment, and is free of any special gas, free of vacuumizing and free of heating. The normal-pressure high-density plasma torch directly acts on the shoe material surface to generate physical and chemical functions. The normal-pressure high-density plasma is high in density, and therefore the shoe material surface treatment is good in effects, high in speed, low in cost, and free of discharge of waste water, waste gas and solid waste. Surface treating agents with high toxicity to human bodies are replaced, thus improving the production environment and protecting health of production personnel.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a surface treatment method of normal-pressure high-density microwave plasma shoe material. Background technique [0002] my country is the world's largest producer and consumer of all kinds of shoes. At present, in order to ensure the strength of the glue in the shoemaking process, it is necessary to use a treatment agent to pretreat the shoe materials before bonding. Taking the production process of sports shoes as an example, the specific EVA pre-treatment process route is as follows: [0003] Water washing (alkali washing + acid neutralization + rinsing) - infrared drying - manual brush treatment agent - infrared drying - UV irradiation. [0004] At present, there have been studies on the use of plasma technology to treat the surface of shoe materials. For example, "Plasma Technology in the Sole Assembly Process" reports the process of using high-frequency low-temperature plasma technology to treat PEBA and Pa shoe material...
