The method comprises the steps of cleaning areas, to be welded, of stainless steel plates; pairing the cleaned stainless steel plates, adhering the stainless steel plates to the inner surface of a steel pipe by using annular support tools, coiling the stainless steel plates along with the inner surface of the steel pipe to form a lining, pairing junctions among the stainless steel plates by using overlapping joints; positioning and welding the overlapping joints of the paired stainless steel plates, and then welding by using a skip welding process; connecting edges of the stainless steel plates which are formed as the lining on the inner surface of the steel pipe to the end of the steel pipe by using edge joints, and positioning and welding the edge joints, and then welding by using the skip welding process; and stopping arc of each section of welding line, and stopping arc by using a method of breaking arc and stopping arc. The method is simple to operate and capable of ensuring that the welding quality of the stainless steel plates of flue gas desulphurization devices in chemical industry, improving corrosion resistance in acid medium and prolonging service life of equipment.
