The composition is mainly characterized in that effective active components contain the triticonazole and an effective component B; the effective component B is selected from thiamethoxam, thiacloprid, imidacloprid and clothianidin, wherein the weight ratio of the triticonazole to the effective component B ranges from (1:90) to (30:1); the composition is prepared into a suspended seed coating. The composition disclosed by the invention can prevent and treat various underground insects and bacteria and has the obvious synergistic effect; an insecticidal spectrum is enlarged; the pesticide composition has high activity to the insects and the bacteria on wheat, corns, cotton, cucumbers and paddy rice; and diseases of the corns, the paddy rice and the cotton contain corn head smut, wheat smut, wheat powdery mildew, wheat tilletia and wheat net blotch. The pesticide composition has the slow release effect; the dosage of pesticides can be reduced; the pesticide composition is safe to people and livestock, has no phytotoxicity and is good in environmental compatibility.
