Abstract

The invention discloses a linear array and digital combined light-emitting diode (LED) display process. The process comprises the following steps of: 1), uniformly depositing a thick film paste to a ceramic substrate by virtue of holes of a silk screen on a mask plate to form a pattern having certain thickness and shape; 2), adhering an LED linear array, a nixie tube and a decoder to the ceramic substrate by a conductive adhering agent to form a device paster area in the pattern; and melting a gold wire end with a semiconductor chip welding area conductor, a gold wire end head and a thickness film conductive belt; 3), adhering a ceramic cover with a view window to the ceramic substrate by an insulated adhesive tape, and packaging the LED linear array, the nixie tube and the decoder; and 4), inserting a wire at two ends on the same surface of the enclosed display device to form two columns of outer wires, and performing tin soaking on the outer wires. An LED display circuit has a simple structure, and is simple in process, easy to control, test and rework, high in processing efficiency of the process, low in processing and material costs.
