Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing an MgAlON transparent ceramic bisque by gel casting and molding. The method comprises the steps of: 1) preparing a pre-mixed solution; 2) preparing ceramic slurry; 3) casting and molding; 4) drying and degreasing a billet, and finally obtaining the MgAlON ceramic bisque. The MgAlON ceramic bisque prepared by the method is smooth in surface, intact in shape, and uniform in microscopic structure; the bending strength of a dried billet is greater than 10MPa, and the micro-structure and mechanical property of a sample are superior to those of the ceramic bisque prepared by the other traditional ceramic molding methods.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing MgAlON transparent ceramic green body by gel injection molding, which belongs to the field of transparent ceramic material preparation. Background technique [0002] The so-called transparent ceramics refer to a class of polycrystalline ceramic materials that not only have the inherent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high insulation, high strength and other characteristics of ceramics, but also have good optical transparency. Due to their excellent performance, transparent ceramic materials have great application potential in devices with complex shapes such as transparent lamps, lasers, transparent armor, optical windows and camera lenses, and are attracting increasing attention from researchers. Among them, non-oxide aluminum oxynitride (AlON, MgAlON, LiAlON, etc.) transparent ceramics have isotropic optical properties, wide light transmission range (0.2~6.0μm), and are easier to prod...
