Problems solved by technology

[0003] On the other hand, during the production of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), a large amount of high-concentration and high-salt organic wastewater will be produced, and the wastewater also contains refractory substances that can inhibit microorganisms, which has poor biodegradability and is harmful to the environment. sex serious
At present, there are many researches on CMC production wastewater treatment methods at home and abroad. For example, Pan Luting of Jilin University and others use micro-electrolysis-UASB-contact oxidation to treat CMC wastewater. This treatment method can only remove about 35% of COD, and subsequent biochemical treatment is required. , did not recover the effective salt in the wastewater, wasting resources

Abstract

The invention discloses a recovery treatment method for wastewater generated in production of carboxymethyl cellulose. The method includes steps that wastewater generated in production of carboxymethyl cellulose after adjustment by PH (potential of hydrogen), preliminary filtering and decontamination flows into an ultrafilter, a reverse osmosis device and an evaporator sequentially to be condensed, crystallized and centrifugally separated to obtain rough sodium chloride which is treated to obtain industrial solid sodium chloride, mother liquor is separated to be continuously condensed, and industrial glycolic acid is obtained after the mother liquor is treated. High-salted difficultly-degraded organic wastewater generated in production of carboxymethyl cellulose is treated by the recoverytreatment method, recovery treatment which can turn harm into good and turn waste into wealth is realized, and prominent economic, social and environmental benefits are achieved. In addition, the recovery treatment method is simple in operation, low in energy consumption, low in treatment cost, free of environment pollution, low in operation management difficulty, stable in operational effect, high in resource utilization efficiency of treatment of wastewater generated in production of carboxymethyl cellulose and effective.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of resource-based treatment of industrial wastewater, and relates to a high-concentration, high-salt-containing refractory organic wastewater, in particular to a method for resource-based treatment of carboxymethylcellulose production wastewater. Background technique [0002] Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC for short) is a high-polymer cellulose ether made from natural cellulose, caustic soda and monochloroacetic acid as the main raw materials. CMC is widely used in food, medicine, daily chemical, petroleum, papermaking, textile, construction and other fields because of its excellent water solubility, emulsification, water retention and film-forming properties, and is known as the industrial "monosodium glutamate". [0003] On the other hand, during the production of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), a large amount of high-concentration and high-salt organic wastewater will be produced, and the wastewater also con...
