Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the hotspots of relevant research are all focused on the release of sedimentary nitrogen and phosphorus in the sediment by chemical means. However, the main disadvantages of chemical means are high cost, short duration, low release efficiency, and basically no practical application value.
By supplementing the indigenous highly active microorganisms to restore the micro-ecological environment on the surface of the sediment, release nitrogen and phosphorus, and improve the micro-environment of the sediment, so as to improve the primary productivity of the aquaculture water body and increase the amount of plankton has not been reported.

Embodiment 1

[0020] The preparation of embodiment 1 probiotics

[0021] The bran is the skin left after the directly purchased wheat flour is processed, and the fungus bran is obtained by crushing the substrate after cultivating edible fungi. Number: CICC 20227, Bacillus megaterium number: CICC 20611.

[0022] Adopt the method of solid in-situ mixed fermentation:

[0023] The ratio of the fermentation substrate used is: 30 parts of bran, 70 parts of bacterial bran, and 1.5 parts of sodium chloride; first, the fermentation substrate is fully mixed with inorganic salts, sterilized by damp heat at 115°C for 30 minutes, and after cooling, 10-10 parts per kilogram of substrate. Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus megaterium were inoculated with 20ml of the bacterial liquid, and after being fully mixed, put it into a stretch-sealed fine-mesh bag with a circumference of 35cm and a length of 40cm for fermentation, control the temperature at 28-35°C, and ferment for 48 hours.

Embodiment 2

[0025] The sources of materials used are the same as in Example 1. The ratio of the fermentation substrate used is: 40 parts of bran, 70 parts of bacterial bran, and 2 parts of calcium chloride; first, the fermentation substrate is fully mixed with inorganic salts, sterilized by damp heat at 115°C for 30 minutes, and after cooling, 10-10 parts per kilogram of substrate.

Embodiment 3

[0027] The sources of materials used are the same as in Example 1. The ratio of the fermentation substrate used is: 40 parts of bran, 60 parts of bacterial bran, and 0.5 part of sodium chloride; first, the fermentation substrate is fully mixed with inorganic salt, sterilized by damp heat at 115°C for 30 minutes, and after cooling, 10-10 parts per kilogram of substrate.

Abstract

The invention provides a micro-ecological preparation for promoting circulation and release of substrate sludge nitrogen and phosphorus, which adopts a solid in situ mixed fermentation mode to culture a microbe capable of promoting the circulation (release) of the substrate sludge nitrogen and phosphorus, wherein the used fermentation substrate comprises the following components in part by weight: 30 to 40 parts of bran, 60 to 70 parts of fungus chaff, and 0.5 to 2 parts of inorganic salts. Then 5 to 15 parts of the micro-ecological preparation, 40 to 80 parts of kaolin, 5 to 10 parts of potassium permanganate, 5 to 10 parts of iron trichloride and 10 to 20 parts of calcium peroxide are mixed together for granulation to obtain a granular preparation which is used for promoting the circulation of the substrate sludge nitrogen and phosphorus and the degradation of substrate sludge organic matters. By using the micro-ecological preparation, on the one hand, a good ecological environment for the growth of aquatic livestock is created to fulfill the aim of aquatic product healthy breeding; and on the other hand, the input of fertilizer is reduced to achieve the full utilization of culture resources and reduce the production use cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a microbial preparation, in particular to a micro-ecological preparation that can promote the recycling of nitrogen and phosphorus in sediment and a preparation method thereof, and also relates to the application of the microbial preparation in aquaculture. Background technique [0002] At present, high-density stocking and high bait feeding rate in aquaculture have resulted in overloading of the aquaculture water body, excessive accumulation of organic matter in the aquaculture sediment, a large amount of nitrogen and phosphorus-containing substances, a large amount of harmful substances, and a large number of pathogenic microorganisms and parasites. Health brings great hidden dangers and threats, resulting in worsening breeding environment and frequent occurrence of diseases. Nitrogen-containing substances mainly come from feed and excrement; phosphorus-containing substances mainly come from feed and fertilizers (such as supe...
