The technique also can use a technical scheme as follows: adding RS2000 modifying agent into the basic asphalt which has characteristics of: adding 8% RS2000 modifying agent into the basic asphalt with 150-160 DEG. C, stirring 10 minutes, then rubbing the mixed material twice by a colloid mill.
